We answer three questions with verifiable pages: what does this medicine actually cost, who makes it, and can it be legally imported.

What we publish

洋医汇 is a generic-drug knowledge base and price-intelligence resource covering 32 oncology, immunology, diabetes and antiviral molecules. Each monograph contains approved indications (FDA/EMA and national regulators), mechanism of action, standard dosing and dose adjustments, adverse reactions and monitoring, the manufacturers and brand names of generic or biosimilar versions, availability across Southeast Asia, and the DGDA-registered list unit prices in Bangladesh with the originator price for comparison.

Where the data comes from

• Clinical content: FDA labels (accessdata.fda.gov / DailyMed), EMA, DrugBank and peer-reviewed literature — every key statement is traceable to the source document.
• Pricing: DGDA-registered brand list prices from the MedEx Bangladesh drug registry (387 records), collected brand by brand with manufacturer, strength, pack and unit price. The collection date is printed on each page.
• Manufacturer landscape: generic makers, brand names and strengths from Bangladesh, India and Laos (230 records) for cross-checking and quoting.
• Currency: a public FX API; the conversion basis is printed on every page.

What we do not do

• We do not give medical advice or recommend treatment choices — that decision belongs to the treating physician.
• We do not sell prescription medicines to individual patients.
• We do not publish unsourced prices or efficacy claims. Where something cannot be verified we mark it unknown instead of estimating.

What we do for buyers

For licensed pharmacies, hospitals, importers and distributors we verify molecule and brand availability, source batch-traceable stock, provide certificates of analysis and GMP documentation, and arrange clearance and logistics into Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Nigeria, Kenya.
